## What to prepare

- The process or system that breaks most often as you grow, in one or two sentences.
- Who owns it today and how many people touch it each week.
- Your timeline, and whether a budget exists, even as a range.

## Not a fit if

- You are looking for the lowest hourly rate, not a working result.
- You want AI on the website before there is a process worth automating.
- You need a deck for the board rather than a change in how work runs.

## Questions before you write

### How long until I get a reply?

Within two working days. The reply comes from a person on our team, not from an automated sequence, and it says plainly whether we think we can help and what the next step would be.

### Do you sign NDAs?

Yes. If your situation requires it, we sign a mutual NDA before the first working session. Send your template with your first message, or ask for ours.

### Do you work remotely?

Yes. We work remotely by default with companies in Romania and across the EU, on Eastern European Time. On-site sessions are possible for the diagnosis phase when the work needs it.

### Can you quote without a call?

No. We scope before we quote, and scoping needs a conversation about your processes, your team and your constraints. After that call you receive a written note with the proposed scope, the people involved and the price. We do not publish price lists.
