The System
Redesigned the application as a multi-step wizard with progress saving. Integrated Plaid for instant bank verification — eliminated manual document uploads for 80% of users. Added real-time eligibility feedback so users know they qualify before finishing. Built admin dashboard for loan officers to track pipeline.
