About Murarum
A studio built for companies that outgrow their processes.
Murarum is a business transformation studio based in Romania, serving EU companies. Founded by Mircea Muraru, it helps scaling companies of 10 to 250 people raise productivity through four services: process optimization, digital transformation, AI integration and product development. Murarum diagnoses, designs and builds systems that run in production, working as a hands-on senior partner rather than a slide-deck consultancy.

Mircea Muraru leads every engagement.
Mircea Muraru founded Murarum after more than ten years of designing and shipping products: as a product designer and an engineer, then leading an agency team, now as the founder who still sits in the diagnosis, the design and the build.
The studio exists because of a pattern he kept seeing. A company grows, the tools stay the same, and the owner becomes the process. The fix was never a deck. It was someone senior who would map the work, decide what to automate, and stay until it ran in production.

We map the work and measure the baseline first. No proposal before the problem is defined in your words.

A recommendation is not done. A system running in your company, measured against the baseline, is.

The people you meet in the first conversation are the people who design and build. No hand-off to a junior bench.

We automate a step when it is repeated, well defined and worth the maintenance. Otherwise it stays manual, and we say why.

How we measure ourselves
Three measures, none of them volume.
Qualified conversations, not volume.
We count conversations with companies we can actually help, not leads. A smaller number of the right people is the goal.
Outcomes we can name.
A result counts when the client agrees to be named and the number has a source. Unconfirmed figures are marked as drafts, never dressed up.
A reply within two working days.
Every message gets an answer from a person within two working days, including a plain no when we are not the right fit.

Who does the work?
Mircea Muraru, the founder, leads every engagement from diagnosis to production. Senior partners from the studio's network join for design, engineering or data work when a project needs them. There is no junior bench and no hand-off after the sale.
Where are you based, and where do you work?
We are based in Iași, Romania, and work with companies across Romania and the European Union. Engagements run remotely by default, with on-site sessions for diagnosis and hand-off when the work calls for them.
How big is the team?
We are a small studio by design: one founder plus a small network of senior partners who join per project. You will meet everyone who works on your engagement, and no one is swapped out after the first conversation.
Which languages do you work in?
Romanian and English, for conversations, documentation and the systems we deliver. This site is available in both.
