What does Murarum actually do?
Murarum is a business transformation studio in Romania. We look at how work really runs in your company, find where it gets stuck and fix it: simpler processes, systems that talk to each other, automation and AI where they genuinely help. We work across four services: process optimization, digital transformation, AI integration and product development.
Which companies is it for?
Companies of 10 to 250 people in Romania and the EU that have grown faster than their processes. The signs are easy to spot: decisions wait on a few people, the same data is copied from one tool to another and reports are built by hand. We usually work directly with the owner or whoever runs operations. We also build products for funded B2B companies.
What is the first step?
A conversation. You tell us what no longer works and we reply within two working days. If there is a fit, we start with the Diagnose phase: a short, fixed phase that maps how work flows and what the change would cost. We do not build anything until the problem is clear.
How long does a project take?
It depends on what it includes, so we do not quote a number up front. The Diagnose phase is short and fixed. Everything after it is planned from its findings and delivered in stages you can see and steer. At the end, your team gets documented systems it runs without us.
