Services
Four services.
One senior team.
We offer four services to growing companies with 10 to 250 employees: process optimization and automation, digital transformation, AI consulting and integration, and custom software development. One senior team finds the problem, builds the fix and puts it to work. Then we hand it over, so your team can run it.
The four services
Start with the problem that costs you most. Add the rest when it pays off.
Most projects start with one service and use the others along the way. A slow process often needs a better system. A system often needs a custom app around it. AI comes in only once the process is clear. One team does all of it, so nothing gets lost along the way.
Process Optimization
Less manual work, fewer errors. We cut the repetitive steps and automate the rest.
- Workflow redesign and process mapping
- Automation of repetitive steps between tools
- Operational reporting that no longer has to be rebuilt by hand
Digital Transformation
Your tools connected and your data in one place, run by your own team.
- Systems and platforms sized for how you actually operate
- Integrations with your ERP, CRM and existing tools
- Data in one place, with a documented hand-off to your team
AI Integration
AI that takes repetitive work off your team, with results you can measure.
- AI agents and copilots on defined tasks
- LLM workflows connected to your systems and data
- Evaluation, guardrails and clear ownership before go-live
Product Development
Custom software, built around how you work and delivered ready to use.
- Custom platforms and web applications
- Mobile applications for iOS and Android
- Design systems and architecture that hold under change
Not sure which one fits?
Let’s talkBy industry
The same services, in your industry's language.
For the industries we work with most, we show where automation saves time and what we build there.
Distribution
B2B ordering with each customer's prices, an app for field sales reps, live stock and orders straight into the ERP.
See digital transformation for distributionManufacturing
Price calculators and complete quote requests, proof approval and reorders, with each order connected to the ERP and the production order.
See digital tools for manufacturersHospitality
Requests for events, conferences and spa, quotes and packages in one flow, connected to your hotel management software.
See digital transformation for hospitalityHealthcare clinics
Online appointments, the patient journey and patient documents, with health data handled under the rules that apply to it.

Engagement model
Four phases. The same people from the first meeting to production.
Every engagement runs through the same four phases. Each ends with a written outcome you can review before the next one starts, and we do not build before the problem is defined.
- 01
Diagnose
We map how work actually flows, where it slows and what each bottleneck costs. We talk to the people who do the work, not only to the people who manage it.
Outcome: a written diagnosis with the constraints ranked by cost.
- 02
Design
We design the target process and the systems around it: what changes, what stays, what gets automated and what stays with people. Your team reviews the design before anything is built.
Outcome: a reviewed design, a defined scope and a written proposal.
- 03
Build
We build in short cycles and put working parts in front of your team early. Integrations with your existing tools are part of the build, not an afterthought.
Outcome: the change running in production, documented.
- 04
Scale
We measure the result against the diagnosis, extend what works and hand the system to your team with the documentation to run it without us.
Outcome: your team runs it, and the numbers show the difference.
Who we work with
Who this is for. And who it is not.
This is for you if
- Your company has 10 to 250 people and growth is outrunning its processes.
- Too much still routes through the owner, or through manual re-entry between tools.
- You own a modernization or AI mandate and need a partner who reaches production, not a pilot.
- You need senior engineering capacity with judgment, not more hands.
This is not for you if
- You are looking for the lowest hourly rate, not a working result.
- You want AI on the website before there is a process worth automating.
- You need a deck for the board rather than a change in how work runs.
- The launch date matters more than whether the system holds.
- You need a public price list before a first conversation. We scope before we quote.
Proof
A shipping record, with names on it.
We have shipped WHO LENA, a mobile application for the World Health Organization built with Hungry Bytes, the rebuild of teamsunday.com for Sunday, and the design and build of the websites for ExproSov and Georgescu & Gonț. Where a service has no named case yet, the service page says so.
Questions about working with us
How do we start working together?
With a conversation. You write to us through the contact form, we reply within two working days, and if the fit is right we start with Diagnose: a short phase in which we map how work flows today and what each bottleneck costs. You receive a written diagnosis before deciding on the next phase.
How long does a typical project take?
It depends on the scope, so we do not quote a standard duration. Diagnose is the shortest phase and produces a timeline for Design and Build. We put that timeline in writing before Build starts, and we do not trade correctness for a faster launch date.
Why are prices not public?
Because the scope is not known before Diagnose, and a price without a scope is a guess. We scope first, then quote in a written proposal that states what is included and what is not. There are no hourly rates and no public price list.
Do you work with our internal IT team?
Yes. Your IT or product team takes part in Design and Build, reviews the architecture and receives the documentation to run the system. We build alongside your team and hand off to it; we do not replace it and we do not sell staff augmentation.
Where do you work from?
We are based in Romania and work with companies in Romania and the European Union. We work remotely, with on-site sessions when Diagnose or the hand-off requires them, in English and Romanian.
Who actually does the work?
The senior people you meet in the first conversation. The same people run the diagnosis, design the change and build it, so nothing is lost between the proposal and the work. There is no handover to a junior team.
Not sure which service fits? Start with the problem.
Tell us where work slows down. We will tell you which service applies, or tell you plainly if we are not the right partner.
